I met Janene when I joined Potomac Harmony Chorus back in 2005. She was a fellow baritone and was always available when I had a note question, or just for general encouragement. When I left PHC to move to Wichita in 2007, she sent me a lovely note to encourage me to keep singing and told me that I would be missed. I really appreciated that note, because it arrived on a day that I was feeling very apprehensive about the move and I needed a little cheering up. Janene was a very kind and considerate person, and I send my deepest condolences to John and her whole family.
